What makes a Hoenn baby /vp/?
I've been playing since gen 1, but gen 3 was by far my favourite generation. Pokemon were the only games I owned on the gba, so I must have sunk well over 1000 hours into sapphire, leafgreen and emerald combined. I remember being so excited when I found shops which imported us copies of sapphire and emerald, and I had never heard of websites like serebii.net until I looked up wtf latias was when I first saw it in sapphire, so it was the last generation I didn't spoil for myself at all. Sure there was a lot of surfing, but I actually really enjoyed the exploration aspect of it. Finding Rayquaza randomly without knowing about it beforehand was incredible, and the only pokemon I looked up how to get were the regis (and the method was so out there I half thought it was some sort of glitch/cheat).
I continue to hope that we will get gen 3 remakes and have done so since HGSS came out
