So I just caught a Jolly Shiny Magikarp, and I need to know: Can 6th Gen Magikarp be taught to Bounce somehow? Because that would be awesome.

If not, what's a good moveset I should be looking at?

Why would you ever evolve it? It's perfect just the way it is. Get a regular Magikarp for a Gyrados set, golden ones are too awesome to turn to red Gyra
