But the EV lowering berries are still good in case you fuck up.

They're not really necessary though since evs are capped at 252 plus there's reset bags.

Vitamins aren't useless. They can be used to quickly boost stats up to 100 EVs before you Super Train a Pokemon so you reduce the time you spend in that shitty period where your Pokemon sucks to much ass too quickly take out balloons.

You get 50 EVs per horde enounter (use Sweet Scent to pull hordes) with a Power item and Pokerus.

[(1EV+ 4EVs from Power item) x 2 because of Pokerus] x 5 Pokemon in the horde = 50 EVs.

Takes all of 20 seconds.

The berries are better overall. reset bags reset EVERYTHING, the berries lower one stat. Don't wanna get rid of those Speed EVs on that sweeper!

If you were ev training a sweeper, then how would you possibly fuck up when stats are capped at 252?

Plus getting to 252 in a stat takes less than a minute.

Which you'd have to go out of your way to do, especially for a sweeper.

Kill some floatzel hordes for speed then kill, say, weepinbell hordes for attack. You don't even have to keep track of how many you've killed.
