It doesn't aesthetically change at all, nor does its typing or ability.
What does happen is that its BST jumps up about six hundred points. All split between special attack and speed.

Really fast and strong special attacker, quite a lot of HP but really frail. Ability: Heartbreak: attraction works like destiny bond (as long as the opponent is attracted, fainting Mega Luvdisc faints the attracted pokemon too)

Design (for non-shiny version):
Legs are lengthened and thinner, more so like an actual robot spider, thought not entirely so. Body becomes rounder and more regular. X on face becomes sharper and gains another point to resemble a star. Its face also becomes slightly more beak like so the x sits on its face more comfortably.

gains lots of speed, special attack attack some defence

loses its wings and flying type, becomes pure dragon again and retreats back into its shell.
it didnt like flying/being weak to rock+ice so it just gave up flying
because sometimes you chase your dreams and you realize it would be better if it stayed a dream and didnt become reality.

Mega Aegislash
Changes into 2 different swords (with shield), the regular one we all know and love and a more scimitar like one, attack mode gives it much more speed now, defense mode adds a bit of HP.

Mega trevant or regular evolution.
ability: cursed forest, activates at the end of turn in which it enters.
opponent is trapped, and loses 1/16th of its life each turn, trevant gains 1/16th hp each turn. does not affect grass types.

Visually it looks kind of the same, but bigger, and the roots have now bound to the ground and spread everywhere around it likes tentacles, it also has a leaf-beard.

Its crest changes from the fringe it has to a haircut like Cheren's, it gains blush-like patterns on its cheeks (like Politoed), has a longer tail and is sleekier (explaining the speed boost), Staraptor itself doesn't changes that much, but now it has two Starly flying around it, explaining the attack boost since Staraptor didn't change by much other than things that have nothing to do with attacking.

Well, I thought about giving them different typings, but I chose those abilities in part because I thought the typing works well with them. For Hero's Cloud, you have Infernape's Physical movepool becoming dual types with Flying without him become weaker to Rock and weak to Electric, and with the other two, I like to think those just work.

That said, we could play it this way and give him two like this:

Mega Infernape D
Fire/Flying
He's flying around on his cloud.

Mega Infernape P
Fire/Steel
He's got his extending staff.

Latter one could probably work with Infiltrator I suppose. Then he'd have a third that keeps Iron Fist and Fighting. What do you think?

Emboar and Infernape are my favorite Fire starters so I really hope they both get some interesting Megas down the road.

It sports four large antlers, one for each season. The top two are summer and winter and the lower two are spring and fall. The main dark brown on its body is still brown, but the tan parts of its body are now a verdant green. It sports the "regal" chest fluff of its winter form, except in the aforementioned green color and trailing off as though it was made of fire at the ends. It has the legs of its spring/fall form, but with green flame-like energy coming off of them akin to Rapidash. The spots on its back are replaced by a larger four-spot pattern in the different colors of its seasons.
REALLY wish my tablet was working so I could at least sketch it out looking all majestic and forest-guardiany.

Mega Blaziken being Fire/Flying is a neat idea and works, but your original idea of the cloud working as a Levitate on a Fire/Fighting was better and now we end up with three Fire starters having Fire/Flying MEs.

Just stick with Infernape having the three Fire/Fighting MEs, but give the staff ability to the one that had Infiltrator.

id prefer if it keapt guts which boosts its attack instead of getting one really good priority stab move, and doing whats been done before but better...
like you'd pick him for that reason anyway.

Considering gamefreak ditched seasons entirely, I figured a mega would too (ie, become a representative guardian of all seasons), though if they did bring back seasons again I'd definitely be down with that, basically just change the back and antlers but keep the rest the same.

Crobat's wings grow larger and more angular, able to more efficiently slice shit up. Four huge fangs also protrude from its other teeth, similarly to Golbat's. Crobat's ears flatten somewhat against its body, giving it a more aerodynamic appearance.

Hmmmm, that'd be fun to work with actually. You could go with a couple different potential gimmicks.
First that comes to mind is a new ability that makes it so that Stockpile raises its attack/special attack along with its usual effects. The added bulk and concentration on eating would explain the loss of its ability to fly. Could be part-something or remain monotype.
Another option is to concentrate on the big friggin mouth and give it strong jaw, could also go part-dark both do to the added menace of its appearance and stab bite/crunch. Gets the elemental fangs now through move relearner or breeding.
Third option is to take it Maximum Helicopter, go grass/flying, and give it Aerilate. Learns enough normal-type moves to give it a decent expanded flying movepool.
There are a couple other directions it could go, but those we're the first three that came to mind.

Design wise, the ghost part becomes more visible. A dark indectoid spirit emerges from the husk, mounted inside the husk with its lower body, like its sitting in a canoo/row boat
The husks eyes are now open and glare red
