Between the Destiny Knot, the Friend Safari, the Everstone, the Hatching O-power after a long walk, and random breeding scraps from lucky WonderTrades/GTS pulls, it shouldn't tale more than two hours to get 4/5 IV 'mons with a good nature. I don't know how you're fucking up this badly. Sure, it takes much longer than Pokegenning the perfect fighter, but it's not an unreasonable amount of time for even an experimental setup.
And two hours is if you're incredibly unlucky. Half an hour or so of breeding each day can consistently result in perfect Pokemon. Once you can set things up, you can get a perfect team in under 10 hours, which, when spread out over a week, shouldn't be too bad, especially since you can just stockpile eggs and then go around Lumiose while you watch TV or someshit.
