If we get anything in Z, we need another one of those... Maybe paired together in some way with the Battle Castle setup.
For example you have to "bank" your PokeDollars before entering. Once inside, you still get money... but rather than just having The Nurse, you have a trainer who will sell you a poke-center treatment, and another who will sell you certain items for use in-battle. Once you beat the floor leader, any money you have left over leaves with you and gets added to your total winnings. Whiting out costs you all the money you've earned, but doesn't eat into your main money supply.
By the time you reach the top floor every trainer has a level 100 6-mon EV'd/IV'd competitive team.
THAT would be a postgame facility.
