Speaking of seasons/weather, where the hell can I find some rain? I'm trying to evolve my Sliggoo and I've tried the route below Couriway town where I remember it raining before, and a few other places with no luck. Anyone else that can share where they evolved theirs?

They intended to make Gray version in the first place, or have you forgotten about the God Stone? They only made sequels because Nintendo was breathing down their neck about the 3DS and they ran out of time for the usual third version and remakes.
Sequels sold less than a third version and two remakes. They're not making the same mistake twice, they actually have time now.

The same team does the second versions and the remakes, and since we'll probably be getting remakes this time there's no need to waste time on a new story for sequels.
