>>15853106The problem with Greninja even with universal stab it doesn't hit that hard with its mediocre sp.attack stat. Alot of things wall it. He's alright as a utility lead but there are much better options for that. He also can't take a hit to save his life. He excels the best at revenge/late game sweeping cause of his unique ability.
Chesnaught has really good bulk, a good defensive typing and a good offensive and support movepool. However he's lacking in certain moves like Drain punch and mach punch that limit his offensive abilities and alot of the stuff in the OU metagame at the moment. is really hard on him despite walling certain OU threats with his good typing. His ability is too situational at times though it can come in handy. I think he'll still be usable in OU but he'll probably be more welcome in UU .
I think they're both good but flawed in completely different ways.
