Turns out it really isn't that great, and might win you about 5% of matches, while you could just be getting more coverage and killing stuff, winning you far more, so nobody who knows the metagame would run it.
Same as how noobs in VGC run Speed Boost Blaziken and Garchomp, which are both pretty average in doubles.
