If parents have destiny knot and everstone, will it make Masuda hatching go wrong?

Actually, I got him in my first batch of 5, which was kind of disappointing since I was breeding a perfect Jap Honedge and one of the Honedges I had. It's IVs aren't so bad, but it could have been so much better.

I think they moved the normal form down a pallet, so that when it's a shiny, it would be 2 pallets from normal garchomp. but now it has water type shiny syndrome
