And that's what Lucario does, too - he just looks up the words that can be looked up, and makes up some sentence that incorporates them. It usually doesn't have shit to do with what's actually being said, so you get shit like "He underestimated you" in place of "Don't underestimate him" because the only thing he sort of understood was that the line had the line "underestimate" in it somewhere.
He gets so much shit so amazingly wrong you're better off watching raws.
