Slow Start gimps Regigigas for 5 turns, and he can't learn Protect or Rest to help stall it out. You can't even remove his ability in doubles to get around it, because the Slow Start ability is what un-gimps his stats too; you'll just be stuck with half stats.

The only time I've been able to use him when I get him in randoms is when I can pass him a sub and force people to switch out with Toxic. At least he's bulky enough to take a couple neutral attacks. But yeah, he's a joke.

take note that on Beartic they get STAB so it's a 234 BP Ice Thrash and 200 BP Ice Return.
