It depends.

If Sniper is a regular ability and the mother has it then 80%

If it is a hidden ability and the mother has it then 60%

If it is a hidden ability and the father has it and the other pokemon is a ditto then it is 20%

If both parents have the same ability, the eggs have an increased chance of having that ability.
In practice, you can expect about 1 or 2 non-Sniper mons per batch, with the average being around 1 per.
This is anecdotal evidence, but one I'm fairly confident in.

Sniper is a regular ability and female's have an 80% chance to pass down their regular ability to their offspring.

Give the father the everstone. The father doesn't pass down it's ability 100% of the time. This way the nature will be secured, and the ability will be randomized.
