It depends on your set. I like to run a physically defensive set with 252 HP and 252 Def. Since it's slow as dirt, you'll always want to run with max HP and either Defense, Special Defense, or Special Attack. Clawitzer is more of a bulky special sweeper, so I'd go with 252 HP 252 SpA, but you could run max speed instead of HP if you use a scarf set.
