You'd most likely get 2-3 max IVs if you use destiny knot.

Thats assuming the random ditto doesnt have any max IVs.

You have approximately a 0.12% chance of getting all five IVs to pass. A 1% chance for 4 IVs. A 4.5% chance for 3 IVs.

Then you have to factor in the odds of even getting a shiny.

Assuming your JP Ditto has no perfect IVs, the chance of you getting a perfect 5 IV Pumpkaboo is 1/6 * 1/2^5

So, not good. Ideally you should try and get a JP Ditto with at least 2 IVs in stats you want
