That would be the guy who leaked Diancie, Volcanion, Hoopa, AZ's Floette, Flower Field Vivillon, Pokeball Vivillon, Mega Latios, and Mega Latias.
He said he found nothing else. No new mega stones, no new pokemon.
So the only way deoxys is getting a new forme is if he found it and decided not to leak it, or he completely missed it over the course of systematically checking the form IDs of every pokemon in the game (unless you think he picked Latios and Latias at random and didn't check any other legendaries, least of all ones near them in the mon list).
I consider neither of those likely. I happen to think that if a Legendary got a new forme, he'd have found it when he found everything else, and proceeded to tell everyone like he told them about everything else.
You can bet against that if you like, but I consider it unlikely.
