There was absolutely no reason this guy should not have been a pseudo. He fits the part aesthetically and has most of the requirements outside the BST.

His first form looks exactly like gible and larivatar, too.

Add in those extra base stats into speed and he would have been an absolute rape machine.

To this day, I'm mad. He was one of the first revealed and everyone assumed he was the new pseudo.
