If Meganium had a secondary type, what would it be?

I'm thinking Electric, with some retcons to the pokedex its doable.

Most of the fandom can probably agree that the following work well as secondary types for non-secondary-typed starters:

Blastoise -- Water/Steel
Meganium -- Grass/Fairy
Feraligatr -- Water/Fighting or Water/Dark
Sceptile -- Grass/Dragon
Serperior -- Grass/Dragon or Grass/Poison
Samurott -- Water/Fighting

Typhlosion, well. It's pretty much just Fire, I think.

I've been legitimately concerned with all of them not being dragons, except Arbok and Seviper, since they've been released. Scrafty's passable at least. But even since Mega evolutions, people have been wondering why Gyarados didn't go Dragon/Water and whether or not Milotic would get a mega that makes her Dragon/Water.

I thought Helioptile was a Dragon/Electric, since Dragalge was a Dragon/Poison.

There's no such mythology. IF Game Freak were following the mythology, it would be Dragon type.

Give a source that shows this part of the myth. Everywhere I've looked for it (outside of pokemon forums), it just says the blurb about the carp turning into a dragon, but there's never anything about its dragon status being taken away.

Grass/Fairy also fits just fine and if the Dex entries were revised then yeah, Grass/Electric.
