The problem is finding an "efficient" way to go about trying to get a shiny pokemon that is viable in a competitive sense.
The nature is easy to figure out, the ability a bit harder, but the ivs seem almost impossible
For example Would the only way to get a shiny bidoof with good iv's in everything necessary be to get a foreign bidoof with perfect iv's in maybe 2/3 things and breed it with your 2/3 iv bidoof with the correct nature/ability?
