Return vs Dizzy Punch: Return is probably the most reliable STAB attack it can learn without any drawbacks like recoil or locking itself into one move. Dizzy Punch, however, has a 20% chance to confuse per hit, so if you're willing to risk doing a little less damage for confusion, it might come in handy.
Crunch vs. Sucker Punch: Sucker Punch has priority, which is very nice. But it only has 8 PP max and is fairly easy to predict. If your opponent can predict well, it'll allow them to set up. Crunch, while lacking priority, has the same power, but cannot fail to do damage, like Sucker Punch can.
Earthquake and Power-up Punch round out the set. EQ hits things solidly and gives Kangaskhan a move that doesn't make contact, which is nice when facing things like Ferrothorn. Power-up Punch is essentially a free Swords Dance, so there's really no reason not to use it.
