If I have a Pokemon ghost with perfect HP, Def, Special Def, and Speed IVs, that's fine for one that's going to use all status sort of things right? For example, for moves like Curse, Leach Seed, and and Will-O-Wisp, their power is the same no matter what your attack and special attack is? Just making sure I'm right before I use the Pokemon I just bred.
