>>15889577Togepi isn't bad because serene grace is it's best ability and you have a high chance of getting it. You can use a female without HA to get it almost every time. Happiness isn't as annoying because you only evolve those that get higher IVs so at most it is only 2-3 times and once you get 5 you can do it in bulk.
Lucario is the most annoying shit requiring Happiness AND needing a HA which has a lower chance.
