I did forget spiders and snakes, so I'd replace it with Galvantula and add Seviper (begrudgingly) for a sixth. If it had to be three, Kangaskhan, Feraligatr, and Galvantula or Dragalge would be it, with Galvantula being more appropriate but Dragalge being still characteristic of Oz and a poison type.
