You can't unless there's something else in that egg group that shares an egg group with the mother.

You breed a pokemon in the other egg group to one that's in two egg groups then pass it into the other egg group until you can get it onto the one you need.

Say you want to give Eevee Wish. It can learn it through Skitty. Skitty can only learn Wish as an egg move itself though (from the Togepi family)
So
>breed Togetic + Skitty to get a Male Skitty with Wish
>breed Skitty + Eevee to get Eevee's with Wish

I looked http://www.serebii.net/pokemon_advance/egg-group.shtml if a male Corsola with Rock Blast has sex with a female Shellder/Cloyster it will pass he move?
