Wrong. Max Speed+ Tyrantrum outspeeds all base 130 speed Pokemon after 1 DD, which is pretty much every non-scarfed Pokemon you'll encounter. Adamant isn't as helpful, even if you get extra power.

That's assuming none of them have boosted their own speed, have a speed boosting nature, and didn't boost their EVs in Speed.

The chances of that all being true are incredibly low.

I use Ice Fang isntead of Fire Fang, to fuck all those dragons with x4 weakness. But that's just a personal choice, Fire Fang gives ou a little more coverage I guess (I cannot remember right now what does it do with FF that IF can't, though).

Ice Fang

Gives great coverage towards Steel, Dragon, Water, Grass, Flying, and Bug.

Trust me, it's much more useful than you give it credit for.

Just a matter of picking which other two fangs you prefer with it.

I roll Poison/Fire/Thunder/DD, and if Dragons ever become an issue I'll just breed one with a Dragon STAB.

This. Anything Ice can kill (Dragon or Grass or Flying) you can cover with a Dragon STAB or Fire/Thunder Fang. Poison Fang gets you coverage against Fairy which you otherwise have none of as well as additional Grass coverage and the chance to give a status effect.
