We make awful gimmick builds for otherwise good pokemon.

>the pokemon must have at least one other viable set that a tryhard player would rather use
>the gimmick set must be trying to defeat the opponent somehow. Substitute, psych up, snatch, and pain split is no good. substitute, encore, swagger, and foul play is good.
>It must be so bad that no sane person would ever want to use it
