Hey /vp/. I'm on the path of creating a perfect Sigilyph. Male, timid, 4 - 5 perfect IV's that cover Def, S.Def, S.Atk Speed and/or HP, with EV's of 4hp and an even split of 252 Speed and 252 Sp.Atk. I'm going to teach it roost, psychic, air cutter and/or energy ball. I'd love to teach it Heat wave, but since Pokemon X and Y is a dick, I can't get heatwave.

Any advice?
