They should add petting and feeding your pokemon outside of the "closed enviroment" of amie and have it affect things like happiness and EVs.

I'll be happy as long as i can pet them.

Well if they do remove it everyone will probably just trade everything to X and Y to EV train and then return it to whatever the gen7 game is. The only way for GF to circumvent this is to have pokebank fuck with EVs which would be a shit terrible decision and cause their fans to be super pissed off and most likely not use the subscription based service.

How is 6 uses of surf/earthquake/heat wave/petal blizzard/rock slide/blizzard/etc total of which you can train multiple Pokemon at the same time any more tedious than 26 matches of shooting balls at the exact same stages every time?

I actually don't think either of these are going. For Amie, they had to make several models for over 700 Pokemon, and I just don't see them putting all that time and effort into a one-gen wonder. Super Training is also staying because they generally don't remove competitive "improvements" (move tutors are the only exception and even those get put back in for the obligatory third version).

Horde training takes 5 minutes whereas Super Training takes at least 30 minutes. You have to be mentally retarded to thing horde training is more tedious than tapping your screen for 30 minutes.

How in the fuck is that any more tedious than spamming A through 30 seconds of startup and victory screens in super training after you kill the target in 5 seconds?

I doubt it, personally. It has actual battle impact, even if it's just in-game. I can see them revamping it to an extent for Gen 7, or at least renaming it.

Hordes are far faster and far less tedious. I can EV train a whole team in my lunch break with that method. Super Training a single Pokemon can take me an hour, sometimes worse. Only issue with EV training via hordes is you need some prepwork, but once you've done the prep once it never needs to be done again.

You know, when they took out the following pokemon of HG/SS, that was purely flavor. There was no reason for it whatsoever. This, however, has additional things to it other than "oh, my pokemon loves me and does cute things". This makes the game easier, and they are not going to eliminate something that makes the game easier. I also point to the matter they wanted to compete with apps. Guess what, this is totally a set of app games rolled into one package. It's going nowhere.

They don't go for evolutions available in previous games, hence all the new and extra item bullshits that get introduced, and why Umbreon doesn't evolve with a moon stone and due to this Espeon doesn't evolve with a sun stone.

The only case was like, Piloswine and I think Lickitung because they got extra moves in Gale of Darkness.

Granted EQ is pretty common for many, but your logic is still flawed, especially when training them from an egg, as EV berries aren't super common unless you raise them.

Umm...you're not paying attention. They are saying trade BACK to the previous gen. EVERY GEN SINCE 3 HAS MADE SENDING POKES BACK FLIPPING IMPOSSIBLE. You can only send pokes forward, not back. I doubt the bank would change that, or there would be compatibility issues, and a time machine-esque filter would make it unfair on those storing pokes to send back to a new gen. Sending pokes back a gen just isn't going to happen. If you are referring to people staying in a gen because they don't like the new one, then that's their problem.

It's not even an insulting thing, it's an extra option in case someone is legitimately bad at the battle aspect and doesn't like it or something, which is slightly understandable if they prefer doing 20 times as much super training, but isn't if they're going to have any sort of argument against the subject.
