>>15918805I've "rage quit" on some similar matches. If I see the match is going to drag on for far too long and most likely just be annoying, I'll quit just so I can get back to whatever I was doing before I was challenged.
A story: I was catching ditto in a friend safari looking for 3+ IV ones. I got challenged to a battle and accepted, without realizing I had to use my current party, which consisted of my Hawlucha (with good moves like acrobatics and u-turn temporarily replaced by fly and false swipe for catching stuff), and 4 Ditto I had just caught. On the team preview screen, I could see this guy's power level. Blaziken, Xerneas, Mewtwo, Zygarde, Aegislash. I expected a quick defeat, but whatever. He must have seen my pitiful team and decided to only use 3 of his Pokemon. I lead with the Ditto, hoping that one of them has impostor to copy one of his legendaries. No luck. After they were finished, it was Hawlucha against them all. Amazingly, it outsped Mega Mewtwo X, and fly was a one hit KO. It also outsped Blaziken. Another OHKO. I expected to quickly be done in by Xerneas, but for some reason, he kept using Horn Leech on me. Two hits with fly and he disconnected.
Funny thing, I decided to replay this battle in the vs. recorder, and his Xerneas knew Moonblast, which could have ohko's my Hawlucha at any time. Just a newb I guess.
