So /vp/

I was trying to breed a 5 IV Litwick (Modest, Flash Fire). I already have like 3 of those (max IVs on everything but Attack), but none with the Hidden Power I need (Fighting).

How the fuck do you get a specific Hidden Power? I know it's all about the IVs you have, but I guess the formula must have changed in XY to take into account a Fairy Hidden Power, perhaps? This autism is annoying me greatly.

tl;dr: How do I get Hidden Power Fighting for this fucking thing.
