Return/Sucker Punch/EQ/Fake Out if you're not running anything to support it like Sticky Web, Baton Passers etc.

Return/Crunch/EQ/Power-up Punch if you want to set up an unstoppable killing machine.

Power-up Punch

Return does more damage, but Dizzy Punch has a 20% to confuse per hit.
Crunch is more reliable than Sucker Punch, but lacks priority.
Other 2 are just plain useful.
