Vivillon gets the 97.5% Sleep Powder on a decent speed (89) and Quiver Dances once or twice. Hurricane is monsterous at 91% accuracy, and Draining Kiss helps longevity. You get walled to hell and back by Talonflame though.
For Sylveon, I ran a Calm Mind/Yawn/Draining Kiss/Shadow Ball set with moderate success. It's hard to use when it's weaknesses are all primarily physically-base and it has shit regular defense, but I could see it being the recipient to an Iron Defense from Scoliopede.
