I have a question for you /vp/. I've been soft resetting Latias to get it Shiny since nearly two weeks, and I wanted to know if I had a chance to even get it in the first place. Let me explain :

While I don't understand everything about RNG, I did see that you sometimes have to wait for a specific time to get it, with frames and shit.

So, my question is : Do I have a chance of getting it like this, with my saved game or if I continue like this I'll always get the same Latiases ? like this one latias which is adamant with these specific IVs, for example ?

tl;dr : Is RNG trying to fuck my ass ?
