Skrelp has this whole exasperated expression on its face like it's about to kill itself, someone else, or is just sort of high, and it's up to your interpretation. It's sort of adorable. Dragalge sort of gets rid of that entirely, and just doesn't really look as aesthetically pleasing in terms of body ratios and such compared to Skrelp.
Aromatisse is a bit obvious compared to Spritzee.
Sliggoo had a theme and had big adorable eyes with a little snail shell that I fucking loved. Goodra just sort of turned generic big dragon slime thing that's basically purple wingless dragonite with slightly more erotic thighs and a ton of goo loaded onto it. I wish eviolite Sliggoo was more viable. Like, 40 of those attack points went into HP or something. I'd use it in a heartbeat despite how much shittier it probably would be in comparison.
