Dry Skin or Solar Power?

Modest or Timid?

Dry Skin is probably a bit more generally useful but if you want an electric type on a sun team go for solar power.

Modest or timid probably depends on whether or not there's notable pokemon that timid allows it to outspeed.

I'm aware that there's a speed tier list of pokemon but I'm not sure where to go to refer to it and see if the 10% boost is worth it.

Timid. Also running dry skin means you'll most likely be using it in rain, so you can take advantage of a rain boosted surf, enjoy 100% accurate thunder and regen. Can't say much bout sun teams except fuck u gf why cant it learn solarbeam

I run Scarf Modest for mine, and Dry Skin very yes.
Surf / Volt Switch / Dark Pulse / Focus Blast has worked pretty well for me, and I always bring him when the enemy is obviously a rain team.
