Is it me, or it's the human characters design getting a little...ostentatious?

Not trying to start a shitstorm, but around Gen 4 human characters started to have more noticeable visual gimmicks applied to their designs, and honestly, while some of them look really interesting, I feel like some of them have too many things going on.

What do you guys think?
