How does Super Training work exactly?

If i was to level up my pokemon towards a certain level and then start EV Training would i get just as much stat gain as i would if i started EV training at birth?

Your stats would end up at the same result but you'd be weaker in the earlier stages

Keep in mind that if you train up your Pokemon beforehand you'd be getting EVs anyway just not the ones you necessarily want and may have to use a Reset bag or EV reducing berries to get rid of them.

Depends if you're wanting to use the Pokemon as you level it or if you're just boosting it with a high level.

It literally makes no difference. EV train it, then level it to 50 and just leave it alone.
