Ok, I don't see a thread anywhere about this, so I'm just gonna ask. I'll delete the thread once I get an answer. So, I'm making a new team for shits and giggles in Showdown, and decide to remake my White 2 Azumaril. I set the team to "Pokebank OU" so I can just use whatever moves I want. For some reason, Azumarill still can't learn ice punch despite me having pretty damn easy access to it in White 2. Again, the team is set to "Pokebank OU". Why is this?
