Rotom-H, cuz STAB Overheat coupled with Thunderbolt makes for a nuclear rape machine the likes of which simply cannot be stopped once Rock and Ground types are out of the way.

Plus, Oven Rotom is clearly the coolest.

How should I build Rotom? I've got a perfect 5 IV one for my team but I'm not quite sure how to distribute its EV's, what movepool I should use, etc.

Could you guys give me some tips? I don't think if I want to copy the smogon analysis exactly since that's for B/W2.

Lots of options for Rotom, you can bulk them out on either side, choice specs/scarf them with or without trick, chesto-resto sets, pain split sets, setting up screens. Really depends on the rest of the team as to how to build your Rotom.
