Why isn't Mega Kanga not part dark type?

Think about it, its ability lets it hit twice. The second hit is basically a sucker punch from the little runt. They fight dirty. It's their entire gimmick. She uses her child to attack you. That's a fucked up mother.

Should be part dark type, at least.
