There were no specific poffin berries though.
In gen 3, there were 14 berries that were solely Pokéblock ingredients.

>Cornn, Magost, Rubuta, Nomel, Spelon, Pamtre, Watmel, Durin, Belue, Razz, Bluk, Nanab, Wepear, Pinap
This excludes the e-reader ones though, but they turned into Enigma berries anyways in Gen 4. Those 14 berries were used to trade for accessories in Gen 4.

Thinking that the 3DS won't be a host of another main game tyle (other than Z) is idiotic.

Of course there'll be another re-make, might be Red & Blue (for fucks sake, please no) but it will probably be Ruby and Sapphire (they objectively sold the most games in the whole franchise).

I want to know why nintendo is so intent on making good berries such a goddamn hassle to obtain. I think i've seen maybe one of the original five stat-boosting berries and nothing else in 10-odd years of playing. They're always hidden behind some ridiculous streak at a battle facility, and most of them aren't even that good. Why have them in the game's data at all?
