His physical movepool is also composed of low BP moves further adding to his problem of not being able to OHKO anything other than the frailest of sweepers.
You can say the same thing about his special pool except there he gets Hydro Pump, which can't even put a noticeable dent on Tanky pokemon, which is kinda the point of a sweeper.
Spikes on him is rather useless since hes so frail, you need 3 turns to setup spikes fully and to set up toxic spikes fully. Greninja is not gonna live long enough for that...
