As for OP, depends on the rest of your team, so it can't be objective. Vaporeon for reasons mentioned. Jolteon for blazing fast speed and special attack for that Volt Switching. Espeon purely for Magic Bounce. The rest are pretty shitty. Umbreon can wall, but not as well as Vaporeon. Flareon can kill itself with Flare Blitz. Sylveon can play as a Special tank, but we already have a wall in Vaporeon. I don't think Lefeaon nor Glaceon can even do shit.
