I used it on my gen 1 run and online, still use it to false swipe when I'm capturing shinies. He's one of my favorites bro.

I like Beedrill as much as the next guy, but frankly, it's a piece of shit you only use to help you early in the game, just like all the other Butterfree clones.

Mega Beedrill would have been awesome though.

Poor Beedrill. Its such a great design, and its movepool and abilities aren't even all that bad, but its stats are just so awful.

I was really hoping for Mega Beedrill to make one of my all time favourites viable, but I guess it is not to be.
