So i have this shiny Adamant Torrent frogadier that i found on safari, and after meditation, instead of crying in my sleep, i want to make the most out of it, so what do you think /vp/? what would you recommend for him?

Sub down until you both proc the berry and Torrent, then spam your Berry+Torrent boosted Water STABs, and Acrobatics for your second most powerful move that also hits Grasses that resist.

Late game sweeper only, do NOT use if you know/see/think your opponent has Water Absorb mons, 4x Water resist mons, Roar/Whirlwind mons, etc.

Adamant is great, you can use powerup punch and a ton of other physical moves. People will also be expecting special attacks + protean, so have the element of surprise.
