Since I have version X should I just go Timid Mewtwo with Life Orb and ignore the mega evolution?
The Y version is better in everyway, and Mewtwo is better as a Sp.Attacker because of the signature move. Please help me out..

isn't better? he got 154 base SpA while Mega Mewtwo X has 190 base Atk
Also, maybe if version Y of the stone is obtainable in the future I can also go Mega version Y. I can't do that if I get a Jolly one.

Personally I prefer the X build. that 190 base attack + sub + drainpunch synergy is too good.

x is probably better for rare power and versatility

Y is a frailer version of Life Orb Mewtwo. X can use Fighting Stab, and can make use of a mixed or bulky set. It will also get Drain Punch when Pokebank comes out. Smogon generally agrees
