The fact that it can use Shadow Ball very effectively in addition to physical moves means that either 1) nothing can wall it effectively or 2) you have to bring very specific Pokemon to wall it effectively, both of which are dangerous signs of being imbalanced
If it was just a physical attacker or a mixed that lacked King's Shield it would be fine, but everything combined makes it stupidly strong
