Tendou didn't know for sure until he saw the transformation before his own eyes - he was acting on a hunch. If he was wrong, getting others involved would fuck them over, but if he was right, then it would all work out.

Notice that AS SOON as Tendou has his suspicions confirmed, he tries to talk to KaGAmi about it.

That whole last arc was filled with subtleties but fuck was it well done if you pay attention.

Also that is EXACTLY WHAT HE TRIED TO DO once he found out that they were bad. He knows how Kagami works, he would have gone bonkers or flat out rejected the idea of what Tendou was suggesting, which is why Tendou knew he couldn't go to Kagami without proof.

The reason that arc worked out the way it did is precisely because Tendou ISN'T perfect.

True, but I think the point was more that they never had their own equipment that they relied on; they just kinda showed up, more or less drunkenly brawled their way through goons, maybe rider kicked a monster, or more likely just grabbed him and threw him down a cliff where he'd explode into soapfoam and/or fire. And that's when they're actually fighting and not just murdering things.

Dude, what? I love Accelgor, but nothing about it says Kamen Rider beyond it being a scarfed bug. An anime episode doesn't change the fact that in terms of how it looks and how it fights, it draws no parallels to Riders, not to mention its backstory is being STRIPPED COMPLETELY of armor rather than gaining any of any kind.

It's not a Rider Pokemon. Genesect probably is, but not Accelgor.

I think for Double, if you're doing each Memory individually, it would be more creative to pick a single type (except in Flying's case) Pokemon of a type matching the memory.

A Magmortar named Heat, a Klinklang named Metal, a Haxorus named Fang, and so on.

Then you could expand the team with possible combinations of the types you assigned to a Memory, like a Blaziken named HeatJoker.

Bisharp/Pawniard seem to be more based on villains than anything if you ask me.

I personally believe that their chest spikes (which seem really random) are Gamefreak's answer to the Shocker uniform, but I doubt anyone else will make that connection.
