Anyone else think this guy is heavily underrated? Shit BST sure, but Compound Eyes effectively makes Sleep Powder into Spore, combine that with the second best boosting move in the game and its low base stats hardly even matter anymore since you're guaranteed at least one boost whenever you use it.
