So I was hunting some Riolu to start breeding in the friend zone. After awhile I started to notice that every single Riolu has atleast 3 perfect IVs. I caught a different pokemon in the same zone with mixed results, some had 2 IVs some had 3 IVs.

Up until this point I had read that it's atleast 2, but I have never heard about atleast 3 for a single pokemon. Has anyone else had an experience like this?
